MP Home Guard ek volunteer-based paramilitary force hai jo MP Home Guard Directorate, Bhopal ke under kaam karta hai. Yeh force police ki assistance karti hai – elections mein, law & order situations mein, floods/disasters mein aur VIP security mein. Home Guard volunteers tab deploy hote hain jab police force ki zaroorat zyada hoti hai.

Recruitment district level par hoti hai – har district ka District Commandant (Home Guard) apne district ke liye enrollment karta hai. Ek baar enrolled hone ke baad training hoti hai, fir deployment basis par duty milti hai.

Important: Home Guard ek volunteer force hai, regular government job nahi. Sirf deployment ke din pay milta hai – koi fixed monthly salary nahi. Lekin yeh ek respected government ID aur government uniform milti hai.

📚 Qualification & Eligibility

Minimum Education: 10th pass (Matric) for most districts. Some rural districts accept 8th pass candidates.

MT Home Guard (Driver): Valid LMV/HMV driving license compulsory + 10th pass.

Age: 18–40 years. SC/ST/OBC ko relaxation as per MP government rules.

Domicile: MP domicile mandatory. Same district preferred.

Character: No criminal record. Police verification mandatory before joining.

Medical: Physically fit – eyesight, hearing, no flat feet. Medical done by district Civil Surgeon.
