WCD MP Anganwadi Bharti kya hai? Madhya Pradesh mein Anganwadi recruitment Women & Child Development (WCD) Department ke through hoti hai – district level par. Koi written exam nahi hota – selection pure academic marks (8th/10th) ki merit par hota hai. Applications mostly online (wcdmp.gov.in) ya district WCD office mein offline accept hoti hain. Yeh mahilaon ke liye ek bahut important employment scheme hai – especially rural aur semi-urban areas mein.

⚠️ Important Eligibility Rules – Dhyan Se Padhen

Rule 1

Local Resident Mandatory: Applicant usi ward/mohalla/gaon ki permanent resident honi chahiye jahan vacancy hai. Bahar se apply karna valid nahi hoga. Residence proof (voter ID / domicile) usi address ka hona chahiye.

Rule 2

Married Women Preferred: Kai districts mein married women ko preference diya jaata hai. Kuch districts mein widows/divorced women ko bhi extra weightage milta hai.

Rule 3

No Govt Employee: Applicant ya unke pati government employee nahi hone chahiye. Agar pehle se kisi ke ghar mein government job hai, eligibility nahi hogi.

Rule 4

Family Member Rule: Usi village mein koi family member (pati, sister-in-law etc) pehle se Anganwadi Worker/Sahayika nahi honi chahiye.

Rule 5

Income/BPL Preference: BPL (Below Poverty Line) card holders ko kai districts mein extra preference milti hai tie-breaking mein. APL candidates bhi apply kar sakte hain.

Rule 6

MP Domicile Mandatory: Madhya Pradesh ka permanent domicile certificate hona zaroori hai. Domicile 3 saal purana hona chahiye (some districts mein 5 saal).

Anganwadi Worker banna MP mein lakho mahilaon ka pehla career step hai. Yeh post sirf paisa nahi deti – saath mein ek respected community role bhi deti hai. Anganwadi Worker apne mohalle ki bachchon ki nutrition aur health ki dekhbhal karti hai, maa aur bachche ke immunization records maintain karti hai aur pre-school activities conduct karti hai.
